Job Title: Business Development Manager - Solar Business
Job Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Main Responsibilities:
- Build, manage and enhance the company’s direct sales operations in the specified territory, including setting future strategic sales direction
- Successfully execute a brand and messaging strategy that positions Huawei as an industry leader in the alternative energy industry
- Promote Huawei Digital Power products (Smart PV, Solar, EV solutions)
- Initiate and implement strategic alliances with key partners-distributors, System Integrators and customers
- Identify market opportunities both within and outside of traditional client base, and develops strategies to penetrate those markets
- Attend trade shows, conferences and Huawei workshops
- Provide outstanding customer support
- Other duties as may be required or assigned
Requirements:
- Mininum a Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Business Management
- At least 3+ years of sales experience in solar business
- Excellent communication skills
- Good technical knowledge of solar systems will be an advantage
- Success-oriented, flexible and a team player
- Open to frequent business trips in Greece and occasionally abroad
- Fluent in both English and Bulgarian
