Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist - Graduate Program
Job Location: Rijswijk, The Netherlands
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including project supply management, logistics coordination, and operational cost control.
- Independently oversee supply-related activities for assigned programs and accounts, ensuring high operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize digital platforms and tools to manage orders, planning, and logistics in an E2E manner. Proactively identify and mitigate supply risks to maintain a stable and efficient supply process.
- Collaborate closely with supply centers in China and Hungary to develop resource preparation plans and customized supply solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Understand planning and operational processes, assess supply and demand risks, and implement effective solutions to support subsidiaries in resource allocation and plan execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a university (not applied university) or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Project Management or related field.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of global supply chain management and international trade, with the ability to communicate professionally with both customers and suppliers.
- Proven knowledge of project management principles and operational processes.
- Familiarity with import and export procedures, and a solid grasp of customs regulations.
- Basic understanding of telecommunications, enterprise networks, and digital energy products.
- Skilled in cost management, planning, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain close collaboration with customers, project teams, and suppliers.
- Results-driven mindset, with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Positive, team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and drive within EU countries.
