Contract Type: 6-Month Internship (Path to Full-Time employment)
Compensation: €1,000 gross/month
About the Role & Program
Kickstart your career with Huawei Italy’s Graduate Program. This intensive 6-month internship is designed to develop the next generation of ICT leaders. You will work alongside industry experts, gain hands-on experience in enterprise project operations, end-to-end supply chain logistics, and cross-functional project management, transitioning directly into a full-time role upon successful completion.
Main Responsibilities
Project Operations & Logistics: Support the Senior Project Manager in daily execution, controlling resource allocation, subcontractor workflows, and the deployment of telecom network materials and equipment.
Monitoring & Reporting: Track project performance against milestones, collect status updates from technical teams, and produce accurate progress reports for internal and customer stakeholders.
Documentation & Process Control: Maintain project repositories (contracts, specifications, plans), monitor Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices, and ensure full compliance with quality and procedural standards.
Risk Management & Coordination: Identify potential deployment bottlenecks, document issues, and collaborate with key stakeholders (engineers, vendors, clients) to execute corrective action plans.
Requirements:
Fresh Graduate or Current Student enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or management field, such as Management Engineering or a related discipline. The graduation date should ideally be approximately 6-12 months before or after the internship start date.
PM Passion: Strong organizational skills and foundational knowledge of project management frameworks and supply chain operations.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and high emotional intelligence for international team environments.
Languages: Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) and professional working proficiency in English.
Work Authorization: Must hold valid authorization to live and work in Italy.
