Job Title: Senior B2B Sales Specialist/ Manager – HealthTech & Medical Partnerships
Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany
Main Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for driving B2B business growth by identifying new opportunities to sell devices to enterprises, managing client relationships (with channel partners and enterprise clients), and developing tailored solutions for system integrators and corporate partners. 
We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager (HealthTech Devices) to drive B2B growth by introducing our smart health monitoring wearables to partners in the medical, wellness, and insurance sectors.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities of selling devices (e.g. Mobile phones, Tablet, wearables, headsets etc.) to enterprise customers in DACH markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers of corporate clients and solution partners.
- Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and presentations to promote products and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver customized solutions.
- Prepare leads analysis and management, sales forecasts and performance reports for management.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B or industrial sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build professional trust and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
