Job Title: Tax Manager Assistant
Job Location: (Dusseldorf, Germany)
Be able to perform tasks in accordance with standard requirements and processes, and be responsible for timely and accurate operations. Be able to support operations in some complex scenarios and assist the tax BP in ensuring the data and documents required for tax compliance are timely and accurat
Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in the tax determination, filing, and external disclosure for subsidiary tax compliance, assist the tax BP in preparing data and documents, and support timely, accurate, and error-free tax filing.
- Assist the tax BP in preparing data related to tax compliance, such as data source check and data preparation in tax determination, filing, and disclosure.
- Assist the tax BP in preparing documents related to tax compliance, such as receiving tax payment certificates and archiving documents.
- Assist in sorting manual settlement data of intercompany transactions and application submission.
- Regularly summarize and analyze the related data and document related work, build up experience, and assist in local process optimization.
Requirements:
- Education background in bachelor's degree and above, major in Finance and tax.
- Have general knowledge of basic tax knowledge
- Have general knowledge of the processes, work instructions, and IT systems related to tax determination, filing, and external disclosure
- Have general knowledge of the relationship between related front-end processes and systems and tax operations
- Be able to independently execute processes and resolve issues in standard and some complex business scenarios
- Be able to independently identify and manage front-end business controls that affect the quality of tax data.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese, multi-language skill is considered as an advantage.
