Job Title: Channel Manager
Job Location:

Main Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including Operations Managers responsible for PSI and incentives, Procurement Managers responsible for SI and ST, and Marketing Managers responsible for marketing activities, including JMF and MDF management.
- Enable channel partners to continuously improve their operation capabilities.
- Maintain the market order and ensure the healthy development of channel businesses.
- Establish channel objectives and strategies to meet sales goals, in collaboration with the Regional Digital Power Dept and rep offices.
- Work with offer and channel marketing to provide tools and support.
- Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to monitor performance, assess execution of actions and market dynamics.
- Develop and maintain channel contracts.
- In-depth knowledge of the channel market.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of channel business model and managing sales channels.
- Good technical knowledge, coupled with a dynamic approach to sales.
- Very good knowledge in PV solution such as panel, inverter and grid network is preferred.
- Excellent relationship management, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- >5 years of experience in managing channels
- Excellent English skills (negotiation level) are required, and fluency in an additional European language is a plus.
- Success-oriented, motivation for market development.
