Job Title: Partner Sales Manager
Job Location: Bucharest
Main Responsibilities:
Build and expand a high-performing partner ecosystem by selecting, enabling, and integrating new collaborators
Act as the primary point of contact for partners, fostering strategic cooperation and long-term engagement
Drive partner-led growth by coaching, enabling, and empowering partners to perform independently and effectively
Continuously assess partner contribution and implement improvement plans to increase commercial impact
Create scalable partner frameworks covering enablement, go-to-market activities, and reward mechanisms
Ensure seamless coordination between indirect and direct sales motions to maximize overall market coverage
Use data-driven insights to evaluate partner outcomes and inform strategic decisions
Proactively address operational frictions, misalignment, or conflicts within the partner network
Support partners in positioning solutions and tailoring offerings to customer needs
Maintain strong awareness of market dynamics, competitive movements, and emerging opportunities
Strengthen company presence and influence through active participation in relevant industry forums and events
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
2–5 years of experience in sakes or partner-related roles
Clear and confident communicator, both spoken and written
Able to explain ideas and present information to partners or customers
Good understanding of basic sales principles
Strong at finding solutions and handling discussions or negotiations
Well organized and able to manage time effectively
