Partner Enablement Specialist - Chinese Speaker (Agency Worker)
Huawei is hiring a Partner Enablement Specialist in Rome to manage partner operations, coordinate certifications, and ensure compliance and quality across our service ecosystem.

Job Title: Junior Partner Enablement Operations Specialist
Job Location: Rome (Italy)
Main Responsibilities:
Partner Relationship & Onboarding: Act as the operational point of contact for service partners; guide new partners step-by-step through the Huawei channel program and enablement platform.
Operational Enablement: Establish and maintain the operational framework for partners, improving business efficiency through certification, authorization, and periodic performance appraisals.
Training & Certification Coordination: Plan and coordinate partner training sessions and technical certifications, tracking participation and ensuring partners meet the required capability frameworks.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Oversee partner compliance with cybersecurity, privacy protection, and information security policies. Ensure all partners maintain the necessary quality and security qualifications.
Resource Management: Monitor internal resource tools (such as Buy & Sell) to help project managers allocate partner resources effectively and oversee staff time-booking compliance.
Incentive & Performance Evaluation: Evaluate current partner performance to identify capability gaps; implement incentive programs and development strategies to improve service quality and partner experience.
Reporting & Forecasting: Deliver regular reports to management regarding partner readiness, certification status, and channel operational health.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 6–12 months of experience in partner management, channel operations, or technical project coordination.
Proficiency in MS Office and back-office tools (ERP systems). Familiarity with research methods, reporting techniques and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage cross-project tasks and stakeholder needs. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Language Requirements: Good command of English and Chinese, fluent in Italian .
