Job Location: Nicosia, Cyprus
About the Role
Huawei is looking for a results-driven Account Manager to accelerate enterprise business development in Cyprus. This is a business development role: you will own a territory, build relationships with key customers, system integrators and channel partners, and drive new revenue through proactive outreach and deal closure.
This is not a presales or technical role. We are looking for someone who already operates in the Cyprus ICT ecosystem and can hit the ground running from day one.
Main Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Cyprus enterprise market, with a focus on top-tier system integrators
· Build and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through direct outreach, partner engagement, and market intelligence
· Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract close
· Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer requirements;
· Lead RFP/RFQ responses and commercial negotiations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations
· Act as the primary point of contact for partner accounts, developing trusted long-term relationships
· Collaborate with Huawei's internal technical and presales teams to deliver the right solution to clients, without needing to be the technical expert yourself
· Represent Huawei at local industry events and customer meetings
· Report on pipeline status, deal progress, and market feedback to regional leadership
Requirements:
· 3–7 years of B2B sales, account management or business development experience in the Cyprus ICT sector
· Existing network within key industries, customers, system integrators, resellers, or enterprise IT buyers in Cyprus
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
· Strong commercial instincts: ability to identify opportunity, qualify fast, and close
· Strong understanding of enterprise ICT architectures, digital transformation initiatives, and procurement processes in Cyprus
· Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills in Greek and English
· Willingness to work on-site in Nicosia and travel within Cyprus as needed
