Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner(HRBP)
Job Location: (SoIna, Sweden)
Main Responsibilities:
As HRBP, you’ll have a variety of tasks and you’ll be the interface towards external suppliers, managers and employees. You’ll have the following main responsibilities and tasks:
Business Requirement Alignment and HR Solution Customization
-Deeply understand the needs of a single business unit and be familiar with HR policies and processes.
-Capable of addressing key issues, participating in solution design, and driving implementation.
2. HR Process Operations and Enablement
- Efficiently execute the company's HR processes (e.g., recruitment, assignment, etc.).
- Enhance the HR management capabilities of frontline managers through training and tool support.
3. Talent Acquisition and Strategy Optimization
- Responsible for the recruitment of the assigned module (campus/senior/external recruitment, etc.) and for connecting with relevant channels.
- Participate in internal improvement (e.g., interview evaluation) and learning to ensure the quality of talent supply.
4. Project Management and Business Outcome Orientation
- Plan and implement talent supply projects, taking responsibility for business outcomes.
- Drive special projects (e.g., annual campus recruitment activities, talent acquisition initiatives).
Requirements:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably with experience in a recruitment specialist or generalist HR role
- Proficient in multiple languages, including English, Chinese, and Swedish; knowledge of Chinese is preferred
- Excellent internal communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience working in an international company is preferred
