Job Title: IP Datacom Solution Sales Specialist

Job Location: Vilnius, Lithuania / Riga, Latvia / Tallinn, Estonia

Main Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers and partners to understand their needs, design tailored IP and networking solutions, and present them clearly in workshops and demos.

• Provide advice to account managers and channel partners on network architecture, best practices, and innovative solutions.

• Translate customer and market insights into network solution priorities, helping guide both product development and the product roadmap to ensure solutions meet real-world customer needs.

• Keep up-to-date on emerging technologies, competitive solutions, and industry trends.

• Share your expertise through briefings, and collaboration with internal teams, helping them deliver exceptional solutions.

• Occasionally contribute to technical marketing activities, including conference participation, articles, or technical demos.

Requirements:

• CCNA/CCNP certification

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Telecommunications or related field.

• At least 1-2 years in IP networking with hands-on design, implementation, or operations experience, ideally in a systems integrator, vendor, or enterprise environment.

• Fluent in English, confident in presenting and explaining complex technical concepts to customers and teams.

• Able to work independently, collaborate across teams, and influence without formal authority.

• Willing to travel occasionally within the Baltics.
