Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist

Job Location: Bucharest, Romania

Main Responsibilities:

• Align with customers and the internal marketing team to produce accurate future demand forecasts.

• Manage equipment supply, including maintaining the PO register, handling down-payments, monitoring production progress, and tracking logistics.

• Oversee international transportation and local dispatch by following shipment schedules, tracking arrivals, managing customs clearance, and coordinating customer deliveries.

• Drive warehouse operations to reduce inventory and improve ITO.

• Manage project revenue and billing by issuing invoices to customers.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction by understanding pain points and expectations, following up to resolve issues, and continuously improving service quality.

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred

• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or order management roles

• Basic understanding of international trade processes (import/export documentation, shipping terms, order flow)

• Good Excel skills, including working with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP for data tracking and analysis

• Fluent English and Romanian required; Chinese language skills are a strong advantage
