Job Title: Finance Specialist

Job Location: Bucharest, Romania

Main Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the local subsidiary’s day-to-day financial indicator analysis and forecasting, ensuring timely and accurate tracking of key performance metrics.

• Manage and maintain financial information at the legal entity level, ensuring data integrity and compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.

• Act as a financial business partner for assigned projects, providing end-to-end financial support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Review and evaluate commercial and financial clauses in project contracts, identifying potential financial risks and opportunities before contract signing.

• Conduct regular project financial performance analysis, monitoring profitability, revenue recognition, and cost control against budget.

Requirements:

• The most important thing is to have a passion for learning and self-improvement.

• Proficient in financial analysis and operational evaluation methods.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Proficient in using Excel, Word, and other office software, also have the open mind to learn internal digital tools
