Job Title: Junior Network Assurance Engineer (m/f/d) - Graduate Program

Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

Main Responsibilities:

This position acts as the customer interface for the product portfolio of Intelligent Operation & Maintenance Solutions taking over following responsibilities:

• Provide technical support service to our customers independently or jointly with the technical support team

• Provide value-added professional services support for customer

• Conduct project implementation and technical supervision of subcontractors or service partners

• Support integration and implementation of Huawei O&M solution AUTIN in customer networks together with HQ and regional experts

• Support training workshops for our customers and partners about product technology and service solution

• Provide pre-sales support for testing, bidding or workshops

• Occasionally take on-call shift support

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Telecommunications / Electrical Engineering or similar field of studies

• Passion for network & IT technologies and first experience with Network Technologies depending on the domain preferred (i.e., Operation & Maintenance platforms for IT & Telecommunication Networks, O&M data modeling and AI applications)

• Motivated to work in an intercultural team with ambition to take over responsibility

Language requirements:

• Fluent in English

• Fluent in German preferred
