Product Technology Engineer in Service Partnership Enablement (Delivery & Services) – End of studies Internship (m/f)

We our currently looking for one Product Technology Engineer to support the Service Partnership Eblablement Department :

What will you do ?

• Collaborate with Partners for datacom design, implementation, acceptance test, technical management and risk control in key projects in all France region, include switch，router，WiFi，etc... With partners, you will provide suggestion and solution to improve the capacity in service delivery domain.

• Coordinate operations and support the improvement of Huawei partners' comprehensive capabilities.

• Improve communication with partners to clarify requirements, making improve strategy/plans, improve the service delivery/maintenance capacity. Enhance partner’s voice, satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

• Provide technical training to enterprise customers and/or partners. Internal training the junior engineers.

Who are we looking for ?

• Students with a Master's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Telecommunication) and a strong understanding of the enterprise datacom structure. Basic switch, router, WiFi, etc.

• Students with excellent communication skills in English and French. Chinese is a plus.

• Students with good understanding about partner business, who know how to work with partner and understand the partner.
