Job Title: Social Media Specialist (PR Specialist)
Job Location: Warsaw, Poland
Main Responsibilities:
Supporting the PR Manager and cooperating with the PR team and Huawei Polska business divisions in the areas of corporate communications, CSR, and events.
Co-creating and executing communication across the brand's social media channels: paid campaigns, briefings, publication schedules, and content quality control.
Working with external vendors: preparing briefs, coordinating video content production, and monitoring performance.
Monitoring media coverage and providing recommendations in the field of communication.
Supporting budget planning and execution, as well as preparing presentations and reports.
Carrying out tasks related to both external and internal communications.
Requirements:
Higher education degree (preferred fields: public relations, journalism, marketing).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations, social media, or marketing (agency experience is a plus).
Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
Excellent command of Polish and English, both written and spoken.
Ability to plan, publish, and analyze social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook, X).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with graphic tools such as Canva will be an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, independence, and reliability.
Ability to work both in a team and with external vendors.
Availability to work full-time in the office in Warsaw.
