Job Title: Cloud Business Development Manager
Job Location: Germany (this position can be affiliated with the Huawei office closest to your place of residence in Germany)
Main Responsibilities:
Lead cloud business development and client acquisition activities in the German and European markets
Define and execute localized go-to-market and growth strategies aligned with regional objectives
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities
Develop and manage relationships with key customers, partners, distributors, and ecosystem players
Drive commercial negotiations, manage sales cycles, and close contracts to achieve revenue targets
Coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, delivery, HQ, and regional stakeholders) throughout the full project lifecycle
Support marketing initiatives, events, exhibitions, and branding activities to strengthen Huawei Cloud’s presence
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within IT, ICT, or Cloud environments
Solid understanding of the German market and local business practices
Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Analytical mindset with strong commercial awareness and a results-driven approach
Fluent in English; C2 level in German is required
Comfortable working in a multinational and cross-cultural environment
Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany and Europe
