Job Title: HR Junior Specialist
Job Location: Warsaw, Poland
Main Responsibilities:
Conduct full life cycle recruiting: gathering business requirements, sourcing, CV screening, candidate interviews, offer negotiation and hiring approvals;
Conduct onboarding and offboarding activities, new employee orientation; maintain employee records and update internal HR systems on a regular basis;
Act as a contact person for employees in HR-related queries, provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation;
Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries;
Organize events and employee development programs;
Maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources; organize employer branding activities;
Provide regular and ad-hoc reports and information for internal and external audits.
Requirements:
Higher degree in HR-related field (sinology degree is also welcome);
1-3 years’ experience in recruitment, employer branding, employee relations;
Commitment to exceptional customer service; organizational skills and proactive attitude to solve problems;
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in Polish and English;
Attention to detail and quality; analytical and reporting skills;
Very good command of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
Willingness to learn and develop in HR domain and gain practical knowledge of labor law and personnel administration processes;
Desire to work in a fast-paced, diversified, cross-culture environment with challenging tasks; work experience in global structure company and international environment will be an asset;
Full-time office work availability (near Galeria Mokotów);
Chinese language will be an asset.
