Job Title: PV & ESS Solutions Sales Manager (m/f/d)
Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany
Job Description:
Responsible for enhancing the solution sales capabilities of distribution partners, managing the GTM of distributed products, and supporting partners in achieving performance targets.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide timely feedback on market information, manage project execution, and coordinate resources to improve project success rate and achieve regional business objectives.
Responsible for enhancing the full-scenario solution capabilities of partner sales teams, aligned with the company’s strategic direction.
Address partners’ core requirements for solutions and ensure timely resolution of outstanding solution issues in the HLM process.
Formulate solution strategies for cross-border VAPs and second-tier partners, improve their sales capabilities in new scenarios and solutions, and capture strategic opportunities in C&I PV, storage, and charging sectors.
Lead GTM execution at cross-border VAP and second-tier partner interfaces, improving launch quality and supporting efficient and agile partner operations.
Build and enhance solution sales capabilities within cross-border VAP and second-tier partner organizations, improving resource utilization efficiency and team operational capabilities.
Departmental Responsibilities:
Drive expansion of the European smart PV market.
Provide cross-border partner solution sales support and GTM (Go-To-Market) execution.
Enhance partners’ solution sales capabilities through enablement and support.
Ensure high-quality GTM execution and successful solution rollout.
Enable partners with effective technical and commercial solutions.
Address partners’ CTO-level requirements and ensure high partner satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Photovoltaics, or related fields.
Relevant experience in sales, solution sales, channel management, or business development in the renewable energy sector is preferred; experience in the photovoltaic (PV) and/or energy storage (ESS) industry is an advantage.
Knowledge of power electronics and PV-related systems is a plus.
Strong command of English (spoken and written) is required; knowledge of a second European language (e.g. German, French, etc.) is an advantage.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
