Job Title: Business Development Manager – Residential (Digital Power)

Job Location: Rijswijk, Netherlands

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive market growth of residential solar solutions by identifying and developing new business opportunities across the Netherlands

• Build and manage a strong network of residential installers, acting as a trusted partner to drive long-term collaboration and performance

• Develop and execute channel strategies to scale the installer ecosystem and increase market penetration

• Expand the residential energy ecosystem, including partnerships with EMS providers, design companies, and energy retailers

• Identify high-potential partners and onboard them through structured engagement and support

• Collaborate cross-functionally (sales, product, delivery) to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, translating insights into actionable business strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, channel sales, or partner management within solar, energy, or related industries

• Strong network within the Dutch residential solar/installer ecosystem

• Demonstrated ability to drive partner performance and business growth

• Solid understanding of residential PV solutions and smart energy systems

• Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Experience managing projects or coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives is a plus

• Fluent in Dutch and English (Dutch is required)
