Job Title: Solution Manager - EV Charging (m/f/d)
Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient Solution Manager (Channel Business) to join our team in Düsseldorf or The Hague.
In this role, you will act as a key interface between our EV charging solutions and our customers and channel partners.
You will work with advanced technologies in the EV charging sector, develop in-depth product knowledge, and support partners in delivering high-value solutions to the market, contributing to the transition toward sustainable mobility.
Main Responsibilities:
Solution Support: Develop strong expertise in EV charging product architecture and technical specifications; translate product features into customer-oriented value propositions. Provide technical support across the full project lifecycle.
Business Development: Support channel-driven business initiatives by delivering solution presentations and operational support to contribute to business growth.
Partner Enablement: Translate complex product and application scenarios into practical tools (e.g., configuration guides, value propositions). Deliver training sessions and workshops to enhance partners’ technical understanding and solution-selling capabilities.
Requirements:
Industry Experience: Experience in EV charging (EVSE), energy storage systems (ESS), or related new energy sectors.
Technical Solutioning: Experience in solution-oriented roles; knowledge of EV charging infrastructure or battery technologies is preferred.
Business Development: Experience working with channel partners and supporting market development; involvement in project-based business scenarios is an advantage.
Communication & Presentation: Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into value-based solutions; strong communication and presentation skills.
Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English is required; additional European language(s) are considered an advantage.
Working Style: Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
