This role is part of Huawei’s European Digital Power Module. It's a fixed-term Huawei contract for 24 months, with the possibility of renewal.

Job Title: Contract & Commercial Manager
Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany
Main Responsibilities:
• Participate in/organize Project Bidding, reply to Tender Documents and Requirements, Prepare Statements of Compliance, Guide bidding/front-line team on Risks and Process,
• Participate in the review/drafting/modifying/and negotiation of Sales (and related) Contracts (with Customers and Partners) to Minimize Risks and Ensure Contract Quality
• Perform Commercial and Legal, and Comprehensive Reviews, Identify and Report Risks for Management Decision Making
• Handle Commercial Application (SPQ), proposal (ATB), contract (ATC/ATAC), and others, Ensure Process Compliance and Operation Quality
• Support regular/operational EU Region CCFM Tasks and Work
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of Contract Commerce and business drivers
• Understanding of PV/Data Center business
• Analytical, and Legal, Commercial and/or financial background plus is preferred
• Strong Communication, Presentation and Coordination (e.g., Bid or Project Management) skills
• Able to align with different Functional Domains, Management and sub-ordinate levels, and across-cultures
• Pro-active and hands-on mentality, self-starter.
• Team Player
• Able to (help to) find solutions to business issues
