Job Title: Retail Industry Sales Manager
Job Location: Boulogne Billancourt
Job Responsibilities
Serve as a sales manager focusing on the retail industry in the Île-de-France region.
Drive business development by identifying and acquiring new retail accounts.
Promote Huawei’s ICT solutions to retail customers in collaboration with partners.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams to address customer needs effectively.
Professional Knowledge
Solid understanding of the retail industry, including its trends, challenges, and key stakeholders.
Proven experience in the ICT industry, including knowledge of ICT solutions and infrastructure.
Familiarity with channel sales activities and ecosystem partnerships.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and lead cross-functional projects.
Open-minded, innovative, and eager to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.
Business Skills
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales within the retail or ICT industry. Experience in the retail technology market is preferred.
A target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire clients.
Experience in managing key accounts and building long-term customer relationships.
Successful involvement in large ICT infrastructure projects (e.g., more than three deals, each exceeding €1M in value).
