Job Title: Key Account Manager
Job Location: Bucharest, Romania
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and expand key accounts within the enterprise market, with a strong focus on large organizations and strategic customers
Build and maintain C-level relationships (CXO level) and act as a trusted advisor to customers
Drive solution selling activities, aligning customer needs with Huawei’s ICT portfolio
Manage the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
Handle customer relationship management and ensure long-term partnership development
Contribute to vertical market strategies, including development of sales guidelines and solution white papers
Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, R&D, delivery, partners) to design and deliver integrated solutions
Facilitate cross-functional alignment to ensure successful project execution
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strengthen positioning in key industries
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above (preferably in IT, Engineering, or a related technical field)
Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise sales within ICT or IT hardware companies
Strong experience managing public sector accounts (government, municipalities, education, healthcare), including tender-based sales cycles
Ability to manage complex and long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment
Willingness to travel frequently within Romania and occasionally internationally
Fluent in English and in Romanian
