Job Title: Solution Sales Manager
Job Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
On site position, no remote work
Main Responsibilities:
Introduce and promote photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage solutions to customers and partners
Prepare and deliver technical proposals, ensuring alignment with customer requirements
Address and clarify technical questions during pre-sales and bidding phases
Conduct technical training sessions for clients and partners
Support internal bidding processes and coordinate with R&D, production, and delivery teams
Analyze competitor strategies and market positioning
Collaborate closely with account managers and service teams to ensure successful project execution
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Information Technology,
Automation / Control Engineering
Experience in photovoltaics, renewable energy, or energy storage is strongly preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients
Proficiency in: MS Office, PVsyst, AutoCAD
Strong technical understanding of PV systems and energy solutions
Ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment
Fluent in English and Bulgarian
Willingness to travel for business purposes
