Job Title: Key Account Manager
Job Location: Bucharest, Romania
Main Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within assigned accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the telecom market
Lead sales activities and coordinate internal resources to ensure successful project delivery
Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions and value propositions
Prepare and deliver commercial proposals and business plans
Monitor pipeline and sales performance, proactively addressing risks and opportunities
Contribute to the overall business development strategy of Huawei in Romania
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in telecom sales or account management in Romania
Strong understanding of the local telecommunications market
Proven ability to manage customer relationships at both technical and business levels
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to identify opportunities and build competitive sales strategies
Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration mindset
Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven approach
Fluent in English and in Romanian
