The Channel Marketing Specialist of Huawei Digital Power is responsible for developing, managing, and executing effective marketing campaigns targeting at the company’s key channel partners.

Job Title: Channel Marketing Specialist
Job Location: Warsaw, Poland
Main Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with the Partner Development Team, to plan and execute comprehensive and effective region-level channel marketing campaigns, including online and offline events, social media and digital campaigns
2. Guide and support B2B strategic planning and execution of channel marketing campaigns in Huawei Poland focus markets’ offices
3. Monitor, assess and report regularly on channel marketing progress in the region; allocate and manage marketing budgets for each project in line with the overall strategy
4. Improve partner performance by enabling with best practices, conducting regular online and offline training programmes and seminars/webinars
5. Understand channel partners’ strategies, needs, and profitability drivers, build relationships with key stakeholders, and manage key partners to ensure a successful launch of products and services
6. Oversee and produce various channel marketing assets, such as branding videos, case study videos, EDM and website content creation, infographics creation, creative banners and social materials creation etc.
7. Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure delivery of campaigns and events.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
At least 3 years’ experience in B2B channel marketing or enterprise marketing with proven experience in executing successful campaigns and events
Demonstrate solid knowledge of the channel business environment in Poland
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to work cross-functionally across teams; skilled at developing and managing relationships
Ability to project manage, work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Good command of Polish and English (both verbal and written)
