Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist

Job Location: Warsaw, Poland

Main Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the supply assurance work of the Carrier/Enterprise/Digital Power Business, and support the revenue management of the corresponding Business Group.

• Support the Poland Rep Office/Business Group in the review of supply solutions and the resolution of abnormal issues during supply fulfilment. Support the capacity building and short-term operational support of the rep office.

• Improve the supply management quality and cost efficiency of the corresponding Business Group.

• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations (e.g. shipping, delivery) meet quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

• At least bachelor degree in Logistics, Economics, Management, Sinology or related disciplines

• Previous experience in supply chain/logistics

• Strong sense of purpose, strong ability to resist pressure, good at communication, and able to push related links to solve problems.

• English, Polish as the working language.

• Knowledge of Chinese language would be a big advantage but is not mandatory.

• Availability to work full-time stationary in the office in Warsaw.

• Skills including use of Microsoft Excel and Power Point.

• Ability to work in a diversified, cross culture organization.
