Job Title: Business Development Manager for Residential
Job Location: Munich/Nuremberg, Germany
Main Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate account/partner management skills, including forecasting, customer engagement, and negotiation in the residential sector.
• Identify, develop, and close opportunities within Germany's residential energy solutions market.
• Lead and coordinate with internal support teams to ensure clients receive tailored energy solutions, products, and support that meet their residential needs.
• Responsibility for achieving target fulfillment, including reporting and forecasting. Support strategic planning and target setting together with the director of the business.
• Promote Huawei solutions across residential key customer and main partners.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a PV Residential sales and solution environment with a focus on technical solutions;
• Strong communication skills, proactive, and able to effectively engage with clients/partners; highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player, with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, including good listening, probing, and qualification abilities.
• Fluency in German and English is a must.
• Frequent business travel within Germany is required.
• Eligible to work within the EU
