Job Title: Account Manager for Automotive In-Vehicle Industry (m/f/d)
Job Location: München, Germany
Main Responsibilities:
Build and maintain key relationships with mid-level management and operational stakeholders at leading German automotive OEMs. Gain insights into industry trends and customer business strategies to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development.
Drive the expansion of in-vehicle communication product solutions by effectively communicating the value proposition of Huawei's product portfolio. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and adjacent business domains to achieve new project wins and support the successful scaling of business opportunities with automotive customers.
Understand customer and end-user needs, identify market opportunities, and contribute to business growth through effective opportunity management and execution of Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes.
Requirements:
Good understanding of the automotive industry, including current market trends and developments, particularly within the European and Chinese automotive markets. Knowledge of intelligent mobility solutions, automotive connectivity, or cellular communication products is considered an advantage.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in solution presentations, customer and market analysis, competitive intelligence, commercial negotiations, and contract management.
Basic knowledge of automotive development and manufacturing processes, automotive quality standards, vehicle architecture, automotive electronics/electrical systems, and after-sales operations.
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
Valid Class B driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and international business environment
