Job Title: European R&D Maintenance Engineer (Energy Products) (Contractor)
Job Location: Rijswijk,Netherlands
Main Responsibilities: The main products involved are the cooling systems of energy storage systems (ESSs), data centers, and charging piles in the Digital Power product line. The main responsibilities and tasks include:
(1) Leading the handling of key live network issues, responding and supporting quickly, coordinating technical breakthroughs and analysis, analyzing root causes, and performing zeroing and reduction;
(2) Participating in inspections, identifying and eliminating risks to ensure smooth operation of products in the live network;
(3) Extracting and promoting product reverse improvements through common issues;
(4) Comprehensively identifying product adaptability and special scenarios, enhancing product maintainability, and assisting in the development of maintenance efficiency improvement tools;
Requirements: n Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, thermal energy and power engineering, or thermal management-related fields.
n 2. Basic Knowledge: Possess a solid foundation in engineering, with an understanding of basic knowledge related to fluid mechanics, power machinery, power electronics, etc.
n 3. Professional Understanding: Familiar with and knowledgeable about the working principles, structural characteristics, and failure scenarios of various types of fluid machinery such as fans and pumps.
n 4. Hands-on and Learning Ability: Strong hands-on operational skills, capable of proficiently using relevant testing instruments and maintenance tools, and possessing the ability to independently analyze and solve technical problems.
n 5. Comprehensive Qualities: Work with a rigorous and responsible attitude, and possess good teamwork spirit and communication skills.
n 6. Experience preferred: Candidates with experience in designing, maintaining, and testing cooling systems are preferred.
n 7. Language skills preferred: Candidates with good communication skills in both Chinese and English (including oral communication and reading/writing technical documents) and who can adapt to a bilingual working environment are preferred.
