Job Title: Senior Open Market Sales Manager (m/f/d)
Job Location: Düsseldorf or Munich, Germany
Main Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners through effective communication and a strong understanding of sales processes and market trends in CE channels.
Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to CE channels. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
Identify market opportunities, define sales targets, monitor sales performance, and support the achievement of revenue and profitability objectives.
Negotiate annual commercial agreements, including trade terms and promotional plans, to strengthen strategic partnerships and optimize sales performance.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., GTM, MTK, Retail) to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and other sales initiatives, while enhancing brand consistency across consumer touchpoints.
Work with logistics and relevant internal teams to support timely product delivery, inventory management, and the resolution of operational issues affecting channel partners.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above.
At least 5 years of experience in B2C sales; experience in a large or multinational organization is preferred.
Experience in channel and/or operator sales is an advantage.
Good understanding of B2C sales processes.
Knowledge of project management principles and processes.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
