Job Title: IP/Datacom Technical Support Engineer (Partner Enablement & Project Delivery) - Graduate Program

Main Responsibilities:
Support the delivery and implementation of IP and Datacom projects in collaboration with Huawei partners and customers.
Assist in network deployment activities, including configuration, integration, testing, and commissioning of IP/Datacom equipment.
Participate in maintenance and support operations, including troubleshooting, fault isolation, and resolution of network issues.
Work closely with partners and customers to ensure project milestones and service quality targets are achieved.
Contribute to preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure network stability and performance.
Participate in partner enablement plans and programs, including technical training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Support partners in building their technical capabilities on Huawei IP/Datacom solutions.
Assist in preparing technical documentation, reports, and implementation guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Continuously learn and stay updated on Huawei technologies, tools, and best practices in IP and Datacom domains.
Ensure compliance with project processes, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (WO) or higher in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of IP networking and datacom technologies (routing, switching, TCP/IP, etc.).
Strong willingness and motivation to learn new technologies and continuously develop technical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
Good problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
