EV Charging Channel Manager

Main Responsibilities:
Business Development: Work with partners to expand typical scenarios, and summarize and replicate the experience of these practices.
Vendor & Partner Management: Familiar with the channel system, assist partners in operations, and be responsible for the daily management of charging partner development..
Partner Enablement: Conduct training and communication to continuously enhance channel partners’ understanding of channel policy and system.
Best Practices & Methodology: Apply industry-standard methodologies to maintain manage partner’s identity, certification, and contract renewal.
Operational Excellence: Troubleshoot day-to-day delivery issues and feedback IT architecture optimization advice to enhance partner system effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Channel Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in channel partner management and operation.
Industry Expertise: Proven background in the EV Charging/manufacture or Renewable Energy industry, or other To B business.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to translate complex customer/partner requirements into clear solution, supported by elite presentation and interpersonal skills.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English (level C) is mandatory. Fluency in Dutch or any other European language is a significant advantage.
Mindset: A success-oriented, proactive, and challenge-driven expert dedicated to deep cultivation in the channel sector.
