Job Title: Channel Service Manager
Job Location: Warsaw, Poland
Main Responsibilities:
Manage and develop relationships with service partners in the PV industry, ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Establish and continuously improve service partner operation systems through partner certification, authorization, performance evaluation, and compliance management.
Develop partner capability frameworks, talent development strategies, and training programs to enhance service partner skills and support business growth.
Support service partners in building and operating training capabilities through Huawei’s partner enablement platforms and resources.
Ensure service partner compliance with quality, security, cybersecurity, privacy protection, and information security requirements throughout business implementation.
Develop and manage installer engagement programs, encouraging participation in Huawei certification and enablement training through incentive policies and evaluation mechanisms.
Monitor service partner performance, identify improvement areas, and implement actions to enhance service quality and partner capabilities.
Maintain close communication with partners, understand their needs, provide guidance and support, and help them grow into professional and reliable channel service partners.
Requirements:
Professional Knowledge:
Good understanding of the photovoltaic (PV) industry, including PV systems, inverters, and energy storage solutions (ESS).
Solid technical knowledge of electrical engineering, power electronics, power systems, and grid connection principles.
Understanding of PV system operation, performance evaluation, troubleshooting, and basic energy management concepts.
Knowledge of service operations, quality standards, and compliance requirements within the renewable energy industry will be an advantage.
Key Skills:
Experience in project management, including planning, coordination, and execution of service-related activities.
Strong customer and partner relationship management skills with the ability to build long-term cooperation.
Ability to monitor partner performance, identify improvement areas, and support partner development.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility.
Basic Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Bachelor’s degree or above; a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
Excellent English skills (negotiation level); knowledge of an additional European language will be considered an advantage.
