Main Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize local asset management policies and procedures in compliance with company standards, local regulations, and risk requirements.
Establish and maintain asset-related regulations, including asset management and asset lending processes, to ensure effective governance and compliance within the representative office.
Monitor key asset management activities and risk indicators within the representative office, maintain action plans and schedules, and ensure regular reporting of results while driving the timely resolution of identified issues.
Implement and oversee internal control processes for asset management (e.g., CT, PR, SACA), ensuring effective implementation of corrective actions and compliance with risk control standards.
Build and promote an asset compliance culture by delivering training sessions for employees, sharing best practices and case studies, and strengthening awareness of asset management responsibilities within the representative office.
Support day-to-day asset operations, including asset registration and labeling, inventory tracking, and coordination of asset handovers for employee onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
Manage asset lifecycle processes, including the redistribution, sharing, recycling, and disposal of idle assets, as well as responding to internal asset-related inquiries.
Manage asset warehouse operations in line with established procedures, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, usage monitoring, and proper asset storage and disposal.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in asset and equipment management, along with a good understanding of IT.
Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capability to independently drive issue resolution and ensure process completion.
Customer-service-oriented, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for daily business operations.
Fluency in Polish and English is required. Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
