Job Title: Project Manager - Digital Power
Job Location: Warsaw, Poland
Main Responsibilities:
Support the end-to-end delivery of Digital Power projects, from project initiation and planning through implementation, acceptance and handover.
Identify, assess and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and changes, implementing appropriate mitigation and corrective actions.
Support the development and maintenance of project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, resources, deliverables and budget.
Prepare project documentation, progress reports, status updates and other project-related materials.
Support the coordination of cross-functional project teams, including engineering, procurement, logistics, service and other relevant stakeholders.
Manage communication and collaboration with customers, partners, suppliers and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Support the monitoring of project costs and financial performance, ensuring effective budget and resource management.
Coordinate project implementation activities, including equipment delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and project acceptance.
Support technical and commercial discussions with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
Ensure compliance with Huawei procedures, quality standards, project requirements and applicable local regulations.
Requirements:
Must-have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
2+ years of professional experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy, power, technology or related sectors.
Good command of English and Polish, both written and spoken.
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with customers, internal teams, suppliers and external partners.
Good understanding of project management principles, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and change management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with project and financial data.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong skills in data analysis and reporting.
Nice-to-have:
Experience in utility-scale solar PV projects and/or Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS/ESS).
Experience in project risk assessment and mitigation.
Knowledge of financial analysis, including project costs, cash flow, ROI and budget management.
Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.
