Job Title: Junior IP/Datacom Technical Support Engineer
Job Location: Dublin, Ireland
Main Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and expertise for IP/Datacom network solutions, including routers, switches, firewalls, SDN.
Support end-to-end delivery of IP/Datacom network projects, including solution design validation, troubleshooting, migration activities, and on-site/remote technical assistance.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues during project implementation and operation, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer/partner satisfaction.
Create and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and knowledge-sharing materials for the team and partners.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Strong technical knowledge of IP/Datacom technologies (routing, switching, MPLS, VPN, QoS, automation, etc.) and hands-on experience with Huawei or equivalent vendor equipment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to partners and customers.
Proactive, customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities. Willingness to travel within WEU when needed.
