Job Title: Freelance Talent Sourcer / Recruitment Sourcer (B2B)

Job Location: Warsaw, Poland

Main Responsibilities:

• Actively source and identify passive candidates for technical positions within the Energy and Telecommunications sectors, as well as Sales roles, across Poland and international markets.

• Conduct proactive candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, candidate databases, recruitment platforms, social media, and other sourcing channels.

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to specific positions and business requirements.

• Perform advanced candidate searches using Boolean Search and other direct sourcing techniques.

• Identify potential candidates and conduct an initial assessment of their professional experience and fit for the role.

• Conduct initial screening conversations with selected candidates and present relevant profiles to Recruiters and Hiring Managers.

• Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand target candidate profiles, hiring requirements, and current recruitment priorities.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS, ensuring data quality and completeness.

• Prepare basic sourcing reports and recruitment-related metrics.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communication.

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable data protection requirements and recruitment procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or direct search.

• Proven experience in identifying and engaging passive and hard-to-find candidates.

• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

• Knowledge of Boolean Search and advanced sourcing techniques is an advantage.

• Ability to independently develop sourcing strategies and identify new talent pools and candidate sources.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates professionally and effectively present job opportunities.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience working with ATS platforms.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach.

• Good command of English, enabling confident communication with candidates and international colleagues.

• Previous sourcing experience within the technology, telecommunications, IT, energy, or engineering sectors will be an advantage.

• Availability to cooperate on a B2B basis.

• Hybrid working model - negotiable.
