Job Title: Service Solution Manager
Job Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Main Responsibilities:
As a Service Solution Manager, you will play a key role in bridging technical, commercial, and delivery teams:
• Participate in contract reading, drafting, and negotiation, ensuring alignment with customer needs
• Manage stakeholder communication and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
• Collaborate with sales, solution, channel partners, and R&D teams to deliver tailored service solutions
• Coordinate and mobilize internal and external global resources for project success
• Support presales activities with a strong technical understanding of Huawei’s solutions
• Develop and deliver presentations to customers and stakeholders
• Contribute to team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Information Technology, Automation, or a related field
• Previous experience in technical presales or service solution roles
• Experience in photovoltaics, energy storage, or transformer commissioning is a strong advantage
Skills & Competencies
• Strong contract management and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Good planning, organization, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
• Capability to learn and understand complex technical products
• Experience coordinating resources in a global environment
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in electrical tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
• Solid technical understanding of energy or ICT solutions
Languages
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Mobility
• Willingness to travel for business and provide onsite support when required
