About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Finance Controller to join our Greece Finance Department, based in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will serve as a key finance partner to project delivery teams, ensuring sound financial planning, robust budget control, and accurate reporting across our project portfolio. You will play a critical role in safeguarding project profitability and driving informed business decisions.
This is a full-time, 5-day on-site role based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Main Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis & Business Partnering
Interpret basic financial information from customer financial reports.
Participate in the design and negotiation of project financial clauses, financial solutions, and business models, driving the acquisition of high-quality contracts.
Analyze trends and variances, identify root causes of business changes, and proactively drive business improvements.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Collaborate with delivery project managers to prepare project revenue and cost budgets.
Own project budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
Monitor project revenue and costs to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Review monthly project P&L and analyze variances.
Prepare project financial operations reports and dashboards.
Track payment progress for each customer and project.
Collect data from internal systems and publish regular reports.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Business Management.
2+ years of sales experience in the solar business.
Excellent communication skills.
Good technical knowledge of solar systems is an advantage.
Success-oriented, flexible, and a strong team player.
Willingness to travel frequently within Greece and occasionally abroad.
