Job Title: Talent Acquisition & Performance Management Specialist
The Talent Acquisition & Performance Management Specialist is responsible for managing talent acquisition and driving the performance management process, working closely with HRBPs and business stakeholders to ensure effective recruitment and consistent performance evaluation processes.
Job Location: Bucharest, Romania
Main Responsibilities:
Talent acquisition
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from screening to offer and onboarding.
Identify and engage qualified talent through relevant recruitment channels and proactive sourcing.
Partner with hiring managers to understand, assess and plan current and future hiring needs.
Conduct fair and well-documented interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Provide market insights and guidance to internal stakeholders, including talent availability and recruitment trends.
Plan and execute recruitment campaigns and talent attraction initiatives.
Maintain post-placement follow-up and support the successful integration of new hires.
Ensure consistent implementation of recruitment policies, procedures and workflows.
Performance management
Coordinate and support the implementation of the company’s performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year and end-year performance reviews.
Partner with HRBPs, managers and employees to ensure timely completion and quality of performance evaluations.
Support performance calibration activities and ensure consistency and alignment across departments.
Track performance management completion rates, identify gaps and provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders.
Analyze performance-related data and provide insights to support management decisions.
Provide guidance on performance management policies, processes and system requirements.
