Job Title: Photovoltaic/Solar Solution Architect

Job Location: Ljubljana-Slovenia or Zagreb-Croatia

Main Responsibilities:

• As a member of Solution team, maintain strong communication and teamwork internally with Sales, Service & Marketing teams
• Market analysis and suggesting sales strategy / product roadmap in the responsible area
• Product planning, analyzing the technical demand / product function / license of the responsible area market
• Analyzing the development trend of the solar inverter market in the responsible area
• Analysis of the competitor’s strategy / operation in the responsible area
• Perform technical seminars and webinars, participate in events to represent Huawei and its products
• Technical solution verification with customer & solution optimization to ensure the leading edge
• Execution of internal process by following standard operating procedure technical sales of Huawei FusionSolar Smart PV solution and SUN2000 series inverter
• Supporting the project bidding by preparing bill of material / quotation tracking purchase orders, maintaining project documentation, responding to queries from internal and external customers

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (University of applied science) or similar
• 5 years of experience in technical sales position of solar energy, inverter sales or EPC background is preferred
• Experience in Solar Inverter industry will be an advantage;
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and strong communication skills;
• Excellent presentation skills in Croatian and English languages;
• Excellent in using MS Office and presentation tools; PVSyst, AutoCAD Skill Preferred;
• Master the basic theory & knowledge of solar inverter;
• Being familiar with energy industry, technical background;
• Have driving license, willing to business travel; 
• Fluent in English&Croatian/Slovenian
• Position is based in Zagreb or Ljubljana
