Job Title: Huawei Cloud Partner/Ecosystem Business Development Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cloud Partner/Ecosystem Business Development Manager to join our team and drive our cloud ecosystem partnerships in the French market. In this role, you will be responsible for building and deepening relationships with cloud service providers, technology partners, ISVs (Independent Software Vendors), and other key stakeholders to drive business growth and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Partner Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key cloud ecosystem players in France (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, AliCloud).
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to expand the partner ecosystem.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment and achievement of joint goals.
2) Business Development and Sales:
- Develop and execute partner sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with partners to identify market opportunities and drive co-selling initiatives.
- Support partners in product integration, solution development, and customer satisfaction.
3) Market Analysis and Strategic Planning:
- Analyze cloud ecosystem trends in the French market to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Develop and execute market entry strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on market dynamics, sales progress, and partnership developments.
4) Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., product, technical, marketing, other BG) to ensure partner needs are met.
- Coordinate resources to support partner training, marketing campaigns, and other initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cloud partner/ecosystem sales or business development, with a strong understanding of the French cloud services market.
- Proven track record of working with major cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, AliCloud).
- Demonstrated success in driving partner-driven sales growth.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with partners at all levels.
- Strong market analysis and strategic thinking capabilities to develop and execute effective business plans.
- Familiarity with cloud computing, SaaS, PaaS, and related technologies, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
