Job Title: Safety and Quality Assurance Manager/Engineer
The SQA is a pivotal role within the Renewable industry, tasked with ensuring that Huawei Digital Power products and services meet all quality standards while adhering to safety protocols. This role is critical in minimizing the risk of product issues, maintaining company reputation, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The SQA is responsible for the development, implementation, and continual improvement of the quality and safety management systems, making it essential for organizations aiming to uphold high standards of excellence and safety in their operations.
Job Location: Boulogne-Billancourt, France
Main Responsibilities:
- Establishing quality and safety metrics for Digital Power Product (Battery Energy storage plant or Data Center Facility or PV plant) and corresponding service excellence.
- Leading the development and implementation of safety and quality management plan.
- Conducting rigorous safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitating training sessions for employees on quality improvement and safety practices.
- Monitoring ongoing performance and quality control systems to ensure our digital power products and services meet customers’ expectations and regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Preparing detailed reports on quality and safety issues, investigations based on the data collected.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experiences in safety management in renewable industry. including Battery Energy storage plant or Data Center Facility or PV plant or High voltage substation.
- Experiences in quality assurance or quality management role is highly preferred.
- Technical knowledge in battery energy Storage or Data Center Li-battery is highly preferred.
- French and English language is mandatory. Chinese is an advantage.
- Highly organized with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
- Customer centric spirit, result orientation.
