Job Title: Partnership Manager
Job Location: Zagreb, Croatia or Ljubljana, Slovenia
Main Responsibilities:

1. Partner sales is responsible for achieving the business revenue target, developing the partner map of the responsible region. Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with partners. Set up cooperation strategy and business plan with each partner.
2. Enhance, develop partner relationships and Build solid trust through business cooperation, driving Partner Sales Productivity and influencing partner business transformation.
3. Drive partners to establish Deal Registration and follow up all business processes from Deal Registration to PO contract, including help partners coordinate internal resources, and conduct POC or workshop activities with end customers.
4. Work with partners to manage end customer expectation and satisfaction. Lead product solution and service team/distributor team to solve the issues raised by end customer
5. Establish marketing activity plans with partners to cover different industry end customer (education, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, etc.)

Qualifications:
· Demonstrate relationship and successful business cooperation with top ICT System Integrators in Slovenia or Croatia
· Demonstrate ability to develop new business with new technology
· Demonstrate ability to manage partner relationship at both the CxO and technical level
· Be able to develop product competition strategies and plans for specific business opportunity projects to achieve win-win cooperation with partners.
· Have a good working knowledge of at least one or more of the following products & solutions: IT solutions (storage), IP solutions, Transmission solutions or Intelligent Collaboration solutions
· Knowledge and skills for operate sales projects from opportunities to contract (E2E)
· Understanding the public procurement regulations, limitations, rules.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years Partner Sales/Direct sales experience

· Experience with a proven track record and cooperation with Top ICT System Integrators or Top partners.
· A proven track record of building long-term relationships with partners and growing partner sales performance each years.
· Skills for negotiation
· Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing)
· Ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking will be essential
· Willing to face the challenge
· Must be self-motivated and capable of working under own initiative.
· Teamwork. Must be natural to organize people from different dept. and work for common target
· Good English and Croatian or Slovenian language skills, both written and spoken.
