Job Title: Retail Sales Specialist

Job Location: Zagreb, Croatia

Main Responsibilities:

1. Work with retail GTM manager to manage launch and promotion process, align with field force team on the task lists and deadlines.
2. Manage retail budget from application to acceptance, align with agency on the business requirement and finance requirements.
3. Manage retail warehouse to improve efficiency and optimize related process and cost.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or Master degree in Management/ Economics/ Finance already obtained or in phase of terminating the university career.
2. Good command of office Excel reports and analysis, office PowerPoints.
3. Has experience on project management, knows how to coordinate multiple tasks with the team and manage progress.
4. Has passion on observation the progress of the business and enjoy to find ways to improve.
5. Eager to grow personal skills with the team together.

6. Excellent command of the English and Croatian language, written and spoken, Good communication and presentation skills
