Job Title: Quality & EHS Specialist
Job Location: Boulogne-Billancourt, France
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the implementation of the Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, and Information Security policies and objectives set up by the company’s management.
- Develop and make available all the documentation necessary for the implementation of the requirements of the standards in terms of quality, safety & environment, and information security management.
- Ensure the durability of the certifications in force (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301) and propose actions to improve the Integrated Management System.
- Prepare and lead the management reviews of the Integrated Management System of the company and ensure the implementation of improvement actions.
- Assist the management and process managers in identifying and analyzing risks and opportunities and propose solutions to minimize them.
- Plan and conduct internal audits, inspections and monitoring of the performance of the IMS. Assist managers in defining and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Perform supplier audits to ensure they can reach Huawei Q&EHS requirements.
- Perform normative and legal monitoring, identify the requirements applicable to Safety & Environment and ensure the implementation of actions ensuring the company's compliance with them.
- Answer to customers or suppliers for questions related to quality, safety and environment.
- Plan and organize awareness and training actions to develop the Q&EHS culture within the company.
Requirements:
- +5 years of experience in Q&EHS management.
- Knowledge of environment, health and safety regulations.
- Expert on ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 management standards.
- Technical skills to perform audit.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 and 22301 standards would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of pack office.
- Good communication and listening skills, ability to persuade, rigorous and organized and with spirit of initiative.
- Fluent in French and English.
