Job Title: Account Manager
Job Location: Boulogne Billancourt, France
Role Overview:
As an Account Manager in the ICT/IT sector, you will drive business growth within the ISP/MSP ecosystem, promote Huawei solutions, and maintain strong, lasting client relationships. You will manage key accounts, identify new opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction while keeping a close eye on market trends, especially in FTTX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts; serve as the main point of contact.
 - Identify and win new business opportunities in the ISP/MSP sector.
 - Present and promote Huawei ICT/IT solutions tailored to customer needs (backbone, metro, FTTX, WAN, LAN).
 - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
 - Monitor operator insights and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
 
Professional Knowledge & Skills:
- Solid understanding of ICT solutions, especially network infrastructure and MSP business models.
 - Experience in direct sales and key account management.
 - Strong customer relationship management and team leadership capabilities.
 - Fluent in French and English.
 
Business Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of proven client management experience.
 - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience).
 - Target-driven, with strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
 - Familiarity with sales performance metrics and KPIs.
