ICT Channel Manager

Paris or Lyon - France

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and Drive partner relationship.
• Implement business plan with measurable KPIs to ensure meet/ exceed Channel Rev goals.
• Develop capacity plan and coverage model for sustainable 2-3 growth.
• Recruit new Partners for IT and IP products.
• Recruit new partners for industry.
• Work closely with AM to ensure consistency in engagement model and sales execution.
• Drive Channel compliance in Certifications and Training.

Requirements:

• More than 5-year experience building & leading world-class, revenue
  generation partner business models.
• Experience in main Partner will be preferred.
• Proven expertise in orchestrating the development of Top-Tier partners and
  establishing long-term mutually beneficial business relationship.
• Proven experience of recruiting, enabling and developing partners to execute
  on business plan.
• Excellent communication, written and presentation skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
